Focusing on our client's needs has been our pathway to growth over the last few years. Evo was established in 2015, initially managing estates and student accommodation portfolios in high growth areas. During our early years, it became clear that property investors were seeking passive income streams, without the demands associated with maintaining and managing the assets themselves and without going through a "traditional" rental agency.

Our network and focus is concentrated in the Cape Town City Centre and surrounds, where we have proudly assisted in the acquisition, development and management of market leading sectional title assets exceeding the value of R500 million.
Our co-living portfolios have seen sustained growth and maintained remarkably strong income levels throughout the periods of lockdown and economic turmoil brought about by Covid.
The designing, managing and harmonising of these co-living environments has become an integral part of our brand and has enabled our clients to experience increased rental yields. The turn-key property and tenant management offering has created the perfect synergy with our boutique sales team that has successfully sold out numerous off-plan developments in Cape Town.
