These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the payment process for rental applications and apartment reservations made via Revo Property Pty Ltd's website or online payment platforms. By making an online payment, the customer agrees to the following terms:

1. Payment of Fees

1.1. By submitting a rental application or reserving an apartment through our platform, the customer agrees to pay the required fees, as indicated at the time of payment. 1.2. The fees cover administrative costs and processing and are required to process rental applications or secure apartment reservations.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

2.1. Application Fees: All fees for rental applications are non-refundable under any circumstances, including unsuccessful applications or withdrawal of interest. 2.2. Reservation Fees: Fees for reserving apartments are also non-refundable, regardless of whether the customer proceeds with the lease or cancels the reservation. 2.3. Once the payment is completed, no refunds or credits will be issued.

3. Transaction Fees

3.1. Any transaction fees or charges incurred during the payment process (including credit card or bank transfer fees) are the sole responsibility of the customer. 3.2. Revo Property Pty Ltd is not liable for any additional charges from the customer's bank or payment provider.

4. Payment Methods

4.1. We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, electronic bank transfers, and other supported payment methods, as listed on our website. 4.2. All payment details provided must be accurate and belong to the person making the payment.

5. Confirmation of Payment

5.1. Upon successful payment, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the transaction details and a receipt for the payment made. 5.2. If there are issues with the transaction, the customer must contact Revo Property Pty Ltd Immediately at info@revo.co.za or 021- 205-3772 

6. Privacy and Security

6.1. All personal information and payment details provided are handled with the highest level of confidentiality and security. 


Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made for rental applications and apartment reservations via the [Company Name] website or other online payment platforms.

1.1. All payments made for rental applications and apartment reservations are non-refundable. 1.2. Once a payment is made, it is considered final, and no refunds or credits will be issued, even if the rental application is rejected or the reservation is canceled by the customer.

2. Transaction Fees

2.1. Any transaction fees (e.g., credit card processing fees or bank transfer fees) are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. 2.2. In the event of a chargeback or dispute, [Company Name] reserves the right to recover any additional fees from the customer.

3. Cancellation Policy

4. Disputed Transactions

4.1. In the event of a disputed transaction, customers must notify Revo Property immediately at info@revo.co.za or 021- 205-3772 . 4.2. Revo Property Pty Ltd will review the dispute and, if applicable, work with the payment processor to resolve the issue. However, under no circumstances will the fee be refunded.

5. Amendments

REVO reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates or changes to this policy will be posted on our website.
